What is Dashlane?
Dashlane is a web and mobile app that simplifies password management for people and organizations across all platforms and devices.
With Dashlane, you can instantly create and store strong, unique passwords for all your logins and help protect your digital identity. You can autofill passwords, personal data, and payment details to save time.

Log in to your Dashlane Account
- Select the Dashlane D icon in your browser’s toolbar.
- Enter the email address you use for Dashlane and your Master Password.
- In the extension pop-up, select Open the web app.
- For most browsers, the Dashlane D is green when you're logged in.
5. For most browsers, the Dashlane D is orange when you're not logged in. You need to log in first to access the web app.

Add Logins to Dashlane
You can also add passwords one by one:
7. From the Get started page, select Add your first password as you browse, and a list of some popular websites to choose from appears.
8. Select the website you want to start with.
9. Select Open selected website. If you're already logged in to the website, log out. When you log in again, a pop-up appears and asks if you want to save to Dashlane.
10. Select Save. If Dashlane already has information saved for this site, a pop-up appears. We ask if you want to update the login with this new password or create a new login for this website.
Enable Autofill
1. Select Try Autofill on the Get Started page.
2. Select Store personal info to continue. Dashlane asks you to enter basic details that websites might ask you for, such as your name, date of birth, and phone number.
3. Enter your information and select Continue.
4. Select Save and then Continue.
5. On the next screen, you can test Autofill. The Dashlane D appears in each field. Select one of the fields. In the pop-up, select the data you entered and Dashlane will autofill. Select Done.
